Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan with butter and lightly coat it with flour.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, yogurt, vanilla extract, eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon just until blended.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Place the pan on a wire rack to cool, then carefully remove the loaf from the pan. Slice and serve.
