Ingredients

2 cups pumpkin juice (or pumpkin puree thinned with water)
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup sparkling water
1 tbsp honey or sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

In a pitcher, combine pumpkin juice, apple juice, honey, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until honey is dissolved.
Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, stir in sparkling water for fizz. Serve over ice.
