This spooky Halloween avocado dip is easy to prepare and perfect for parties. Mix avocado with mayo, lime, and spices, then chill. Serve it from a carved pumpkin with bacon and chips for a frightfully fun appetizer.

- In a small bowl, combine the avocado flesh with mayonnaise and lime juice, mashing until blended.
- Stir in chili powder, minced garlic, and salt until well incorporated.
- Press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. You can also make this a day ahead. Before serving, taste and add extra salt if needed.
- Carefully spoon the dip around the outside of the carved pumpkin's mouth for a spooky effect. Garnish with crumbled bacon and serve with tortilla chips on the side.
