Vampire's Kiss Cocktail Recipe

This Vampire's Kiss cocktail features a grenadine-and-sugar rim, raspberry vodka, Chambord, cranberry juice, and champagne. A final drizzle of grenadine creates a bloody effect. Serve immediately for a spooky yet delicious drink.

Directions
- Place about 1 tablespoon of grenadine on a shallow dish and red sanding sugar on another dish.
- Moisten the rim of your glass (martini glasses are ideal) with grenadine, then coat it in the red sanding sugar.
- Add a couple of ice cubes to the glass with the sugared rim.
- Pour 1½ ounces of raspberry vodka into the glass.
- Add 1 ounce of Chambord, followed by ½ ounce of cranberry juice.
- Top off the glass with champagne.
- Slowly drizzle grenadine over the back of a spoon into the drink to create a bloody effect.
- Serve immediately.
