This eerie cocktail combines Empress 1908 Indigo Gin with sparkling lemonade for a color-changing effect. A splash of Blue Curaçao sinks to the bottom, creating a layered potion look, while a rosemary sprig adds a witchy touch.

Ingredients

Ice
3 oz. Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
3 oz. sparkling lemonade
1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao
1 fresh rosemary sprig

Directions

Fill a tall glass to the top with ice cubes.
Pour in the Empress 1908 Indigo Gin.
Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling lemonade.
Gently and slowly pour the Blue Curaçao into the glass, allowing it to sink to the bottom.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
