These easy turkey bites use cheddar, crackers, and pepperoni to create adorable holiday appetizers. Simply cut the cheese into round-topped squares, set on crackers, and tuck folded pepperoni behind them with toothpicks. Arrange in rows for a show-stopping platter that guests will love.

- Slice the cheddar into squares roughly 1 inch on each side. Then snip off the upper corners a little to give each piece a rounded shape that looks like a turkey body.

- Loosely fold pepperoni slices into shapes that resemble feathers. Slide 2 or 3 of these folded slices behind the cheese, then push a bamboo toothpick through everything to hold it together.
