With just a handful of ingredients, these Brie Cranberry Bites come together quickly. Crescent roll cups hold a creamy brie cube, tangy cranberry-orange mixture, and crunchy pecans. They're baked until golden and garnished with rosemary for an elegant holiday snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the whole cranberry sauce and orange marmalade until fully blended. Set this mixture aside.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut the brie into 1-inch squares. It's fine to keep the rind on. Set the brie pieces aside.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured work surface.
  5. Press the perforated seams together with your fingers so the dough forms a single rectangle.
  6. Cut the dough into 24 even squares using a sharp knife. Gently press each square into the cups of the prepared mini muffin pan.
  7. Place one brie cube, 1 tablespoon of the cranberry-orange mixture, and a pinch of chopped pecans into each dough-lined cup.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the dough turns golden brown.
  9. Let the bites cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before carefully removing them.
  10. Top each bite with a small rosemary sprig for garnish.
