These candy corn jello cups mimic the iconic candy's colors using two layers of Jello. First, set a pineapple (yellow) layer, then add an orange layer on top. Finish with whipped cream and candy corn for a fun, no-bake Halloween dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Arrange 8 clear plastic or glass cups on a baking sheet for stability, then set them aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil. Take it off the heat and add both boxes of pineapple Jello, whisking until completely dissolved. Then stir in 2 cups of cold water. Pour the yellow mixture evenly into the cups, filling each about one-third full. If there's any leftover Jello, you can discard it.
  3. Transfer the cups to the refrigerator and let them chill for 3 hours, or until the yellow layer is fully set.
  4. Once the first layer is firm, prepare the orange layer. Again, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat, and whisk in both boxes of orange Jello until dissolved. Add 2 cups of cold water and stir. Carefully pour the orange mixture over the set yellow layer, filling each cup to the top.
  5. Return the cups to the fridge and chill for another 3 hours, or until the orange layer is completely set.
  6. Just before serving, top each jello cup with a generous dollop of whipped cream or whipped topping, then garnish with candy corn for a festive finish.
