Our own summary of the original — the full post and photos live at savorymomentsblog.com.
This recipe transforms apple cider into a blended slushie with caramel flavor. You freeze most of the cider overnight, then blend it with the remaining cider and caramel sauce for a smooth, icy drink. Serve immediately in chilled glasses topped with extra caramel for a festive autumn beverage.
Ingredients
Directions
- Measure out 3 cups of apple cider and pour them into two standard ice cube trays. Freeze the trays overnight until the cider is completely solid.
- Transfer all the frozen cider cubes into a blender. Add the remaining 1 cup of unfrozen apple cider along with 3 tablespoons of Torani Puremade Caramel Sauce.
- Blend on high speed (using an ice crush setting if available) until the mixture is smooth, stopping to stir as needed to ensure even blending.
- Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, drizzle with extra caramel sauce on top, and serve right away.
