These Chocolate Covered Pretzel Pumpkins are a fun and easy Halloween treat. Simply dip pretzels in orange-tinted white chocolate, add a chocolate chip stem and a green vine, then let them set. Perfect for parties or snacking!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare your workspace by laying out wax paper on the counter and assembling all ingredients.
  2. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a medium bowl in the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir, then continue heating in 15-second bursts until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler. Transfer 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate to a small bowl and tint it green with food coloring. Add orange food coloring to the remaining chocolate in the medium bowl.
  3. Dip each mini pretzel into the orange chocolate, then lift it out with a fork. Gently tap the fork on the bowl's edge to remove excess chocolate. Place the pretzel on the wax paper and use a toothpick to slide it off the fork.
  4. Press a chocolate chip onto the top of each pretzel to form a stem. If desired, sprinkle orange sprinkles over the chocolate. Then, dip a toothpick into the green chocolate and draw a small vine line at the top.
  5. Let the pretzels harden completely, then store them in a covered container.
