CodeBusters Halloween Party Game

Directions

1. Scatter 30 cards throughout the hiding spot: 14 Halloween Monster cards (only 8 are relevant, the rest are decoys), 8 Riddle cards, and 8 Code Cards.
2. Use the Key Locator to assign hiding places; the host decides locations, and when you type a location into the Key Locator, it turns the letters into code letters automatically.
3. Participants may collaborate or split into two or three teams, each with 2 to 4 members. Give every team a Key Locator and a Players Sheet.
4. Teams need to locate 8 numbers to uncover the four-digit winning code by solving riddles printed on the Riddle cards.
5. After solving a riddle, locate the CodeBuster card that provides the answer to that riddle.
6. Identify the Code Card whose color matches the riddle's color, put the CodeBuster card on top of the Code Card, and look through the keyhole to see the code number. Record that number in the appropriately colored box on the Players Sheet. Once all 8 numbers are collected, perform simple arithmetic to derive the four-digit combination.
