Ingredients
Directions
- Process about 4 ounces of cranberries in a food processor until roughly chopped. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Remove seeds from jalapenos, cut into small chunks, then pulse in the food processor until finely diced. Add to the cranberry bowl.
- Finely chop the green onions and cilantro, then add them to the bowl.
- Add the sugar, chili powder, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir everything until fully combined.
- Place the mixture in a sealed container and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours to allow flavors to meld. The salsa can be served immediately if necessary.
- Serve the dip with crackers, tortilla chips, or cinnamon sugar pita chips. This recipe also works well as a salsa without the cream cheese.
