DIY Ice Cream Cone Pumpkins

Create a delicious-looking stack of pumpkin ice cream scoops that never melts.

Transform four pumpkins into a towering ice cream cone decoration. Paint each pumpkin a different flavor color, then add chocolate chips, strawberry pieces, and sprinkles using vinyl cutouts. Stack them with hot glue and top with a cone.

You'll need

Four medium sized pumpkins

Fake ice cream cone (here) or a real ice cream cone

Spray paint in white, mint, pink, and brown

Vinyl adhesive in pink, yellow, orange, green, blue, lilac, and brown

Hot glue gun

Directions

Give each of the four pumpkins a coat of spray paint: one mint, one pink, one white, and one brown.

Using the brown vinyl, cut out circles of various sizes—these will be the chocolate chips. Once the mint pumpkin is dry, peel off the backing and press the circles all over it.

For the strawberry flavor, cut small squares and diamonds from the pink vinyl. Stick these onto the pink pumpkin, leaving more space between them than you did with the mint chips.

To create sprinkles, cut tiny rectangles from the pink, green, yellow, orange, and lilac vinyl. Decorate the white pumpkin with these.

Hot glue the pumpkins into a stack so they stay upright and don't tip over.

Place the stack on top of a real ice cream cone or a plastic one.
