DIY Pumpkin Unicorn Witch

Combine unicorn magic, a witchy hat, and pumpkin charm with this glittery DIY Halloween craft.

Create an enchanting unicorn pumpkin witch by painting a small pumpkin green, then adding a glitter witch hat, horn, felt ears, and eyes. Decorate with craft flowers and glue everything together for a whimsical Halloween decoration.

You'll need

Glitter Paper (we used black, purple and gold)

Paint

Paintbrushes

Hot Glue

Felt (we used white, green, purple)

Craft Flowers

Small Pumpkins

Directions

Apply green paint to your pumpkins. If using acrylic paint and a brush instead of spray paint, you'll need 2–3 coats. Let the pumpkin fully dry between each coat.

From your glitter paper (we used black, purple, and gold), cut a witch hat and a unicorn horn. Three design templates are shown in the images.

Cut two large ears from white felt, and two smaller inner ears from green or purple felt.

Cut eyes from black glitter paper.

Plan the arrangement of your craft flowers on the pumpkin.

Attach all pieces to the pumpkin with hot glue. Be aware that hot glue may not hold well on real pumpkins; for a stronger bond, use a heavy-duty craft glue.
