pushpins

Directions

Set a small pumpkin on a tray with a hammer.
Ensure children use appropriate eye protection.
Set out containers with a variety of nails, screws, pins, washers, and other items picked up from the hardware store.
Use pushpins to hold some items in place on the pumpkin.
Use the hammer to nail other items in place on the pumpkin.
