This easy candy corn fudge is made with three colored layers: yellow, orange, and white. Each layer is a simple mixture of white chocolate chips, heavy cream, and flavoring, microwaved until smooth. After chilling and cutting into triangles, you get a fun Halloween treat that's perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by lining it with foil, ensuring there's extra foil hanging over the two long sides so you can lift the fudge out later. If you're using non-stick foil, no further prep is needed; otherwise, give the foil a light spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the first set of 12 oz white chocolate chips, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, and 1 tbsp honey (or 1 tsp of your chosen extract) for the yellow layer.
  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue this process, microwaving in 30-second bursts and stirring each time, until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add yellow food coloring and stir until the color is even throughout. You might need to add more coloring to reach your desired shade.
  5. Spread the yellow mixture evenly in the prepared pan, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. For the orange layer, combine another 12 oz white chocolate chips, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, and 1 tbsp honey (or 1 tsp extract) in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and smooth.
  8. Stir in orange food coloring until the color is uniform, adjusting if needed.
  9. Carefully spread this orange mixture over the chilled yellow layer, then chill for another 30 minutes.
  10. For the final white layer, combine the last 12 oz white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  11. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
  12. Stir in 1 tsp of clear vanilla extract (or another extract of your choice).
  13. Spread this white mixture evenly over the chilled orange layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until firm.
  14. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil overhang. Slice it into strips, then cut those strips into wedge or triangle shapes to mimic candy corn.
  15. Store any leftover pieces in an airtight container; they will keep for up to 1 week.
