Our own summary of the original — the full post and photos live at soufflebombay.com.
These edible eyeballs are a fun Halloween treat made from pretzels, white chocolate, and a few other ingredients. Just bake the chocolate onto pretzels, add red sprinkles and a chocolate chip pupil, then chill until firm. They stay crisp and are ready to gross out your guests in about 20 minutes.

Directions
- Arrange your pretzels in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Center one white chocolate disk on top of each pretzel.
- Bake at 350°F for about 2½ to 3 minutes, until the chocolate looks glossy but hasn't fully melted through.
- Take the sheet out of the oven and top each chocolate disk with red jimmies.
- Press one chocolate chip upside down into the middle of each white chocolate circle to form the pupil.
- Chill in the refrigerator or a cold garage for 20 minutes; they'll stay firm until you're ready to serve.
