Directions
- Pumpkin Stack Race: Players must balance small pumpkins in a stack. You’ll need 5-6 mini pumpkins for each team. Set a timer for one minute. Participants rush to stack the pumpkins as high as possible without toppling them.
- Skeleton Puzzle: Assemble a skeleton puzzle. Provide players with a simple skeleton puzzle. They have one minute to see who can assemble the most pieces correctly.
- Creepy Crawly Relay: Move plastic spiders using a spoon. Players must transfer plastic spiders from one bowl to another using a spoon. The player who transfers the most in one minute wins!
- Spider Toss: Toss plastic spiders into a cauldron or bucket. Players have one minute to toss as many plastic spiders as possible into a designated container from a set distance. The player with the most spiders in the cauldron wins!
- Witch Hat Ring Toss: Toss rings onto a witch’s hat. Set up a witch’s hat at a distance, and players take turns trying to toss rings onto the hat. The player with the most rings on the hat after one minute wins!
- Eyeball Scoop: Transfer “eyeballs” using a spoon. Using a spoon, players must transfer plastic eyeballs (or grapes) from one bowl to another within one minute. The player who transfers the most wins!
- Frankenstein Walk: Walk like Frankenstein while balancing a pumpkin. Players must walk a certain distance while balancing a small pumpkin on their heads. The player who completes the distance without dropping the pumpkin wins!
- Ghostly Bowling: Knock down ghostly bowling pins. Set up ghost-themed bowling pins (you can use white cups with ghost faces) and have players roll a ball to knock them down. The player with the most knocked down in one minute wins!
- Mummy Wrap Relay: Gather your supplies for the Mummy Wrap Relay, which uses toilet paper rolls. Split into teams, and assign one player as the “mummy.” Each team needs one roll of toilet paper. When the timer starts, teammates must wrap their mummy in toilet paper as quickly as possible.
- Candy Corn Transfer: For the Candy Corn Transfer challenge, you’ll require two bowls and plenty of candy corn. Each player must transfer candy corn from one bowl to another using a spoon or chopsticks, racing against the clock. Place the bowls several feet apart for added difficulty. Use 30 pieces of candy corn for each player.
- Monster Freeze Dance: Dance and freeze like a monster. Play Halloween music for 1 minute and have kids dance like monsters. When the music stops, they must freeze! Anyone who moves is out. Keep going until one “monster” remains!
