Directions

  1. Gather supplies: Halloween Stickers, Mini Plastic Pumpkins, Small Black Plastic Cauldrons, Jumbo Craft Sticks, Plastic Spiders, Paper Straws, Orange Paper Plates, 12 Oz Plastic Cups, String or Twine, Toy Golf Set, Halloween Themed Paper Bags, Candy Corn, Halloween-Themed Chocolate Kisses, Large Bag of Halloween Candy, Halloween Cookies, Halloween Donuts, Popcorn, 1-2 Medium-Sized Pumpkins, 4-5 Miniature Pumpkins, and optional Game Scorecard.
  2. Pumpkin Stack with Plastic Pumpkins: Place plastic pumpkins on a flat surface. Divide into teams or choose two players. Stack pumpkins on top of each other using a timer for one minute. The tallest tower wins.
  3. Cookie Face-Off: Balance a Halloween cookie on each player's forehead. Using only facial muscles, move the cookie down the face and into the mouth without using hands.
  4. Spider Race: Give each player a straw and one plastic spider. Position spiders on the edge of a table. Players blow their spider across the table using straws. The first to cross the finish line wins.
  5. Suck it Up Chocolate Transfer: Give each player two plates and a straw. Fill one plate with round chocolate candies. Players use straws to suck up one candy at a time and transfer it to the other plate. The first to transfer all candies wins.
  6. Pumpkin Toss: Divide guests into teams of two. One person holds a bowl filled with pumpkin candies; the other kneels facing away holding a small black cauldron. The first player tosses candy over their partner's head, who tries to catch as many as possible in the cauldron within one minute.
  7. Bones in a Bag: Place a few chocolate kisses in each Halloween paper bag, ensuring different amounts in each. Fold tops down. Players shake bags to determine the number of 'bones' inside, then arrange bags in a row from least to most bones. The most correct guesses win.
  8. Pumpkin Mini Golf: Carve a large opening into a pumpkin to serve as a cup. Give kids a toy golf club. Set a timer for one minute and see how many points everyone racks up.
  9. Popcorn Pumpkins: Place bags of popcorn in deep bowls on one side of the room and open pumpkins on the other. Give each kid a plastic cup and set a timer for one minute. See who can get the most popcorn into their pumpkins using the cups.
  10. Spooky Stacks: Draw spooky ghost faces on 15 paper or plastic cups. Stack them in a pyramid (five on bottom, four on next, etc.). Call kids up one at a time to disassemble and recreate the pyramid. The shortest time wins.
  11. Pumpkin Races: Hand out a miniature pumpkin to each person. Line them up and ask them to balance the pumpkins on their heads. The first person to reach the other side without dropping their pumpkin wins.
  12. Donut Strings: String twine through Halloween donuts and secure ends at face-level. Set a timer for one minute. See who can finish their donut first.
  13. Balancing Broomsticks: Hand each player a craft stick and four or five small Halloween candies. Players place one end of the stick in their mouth and balance the candy on the other side. The person who keeps the most candy from falling wins.
  14. Mummy Wrap: Divide room into teams. Each group chooses a 'mummy.' Other members wrap the mummy with toilet paper rolls as best they can in one minute. The best-looking mummy wins.
  15. Trick or Treat?: Attach a Halloween sticker to the bottom of some chocolate kisses. Create a list of 5-6 tricks. Arrange 30-40 regular kisses (no stickers) on a baking sheet. Players pick a kiss; if no sticker, they perform a trick. If sticker, they eat the treat.
  16. Candy Corn Stick-Up: Distribute candy corn and a paper plate to each guest. Set timer for one minute. Guests bite off tips of candy corn and stick them to the plate. Most pieces on the plate wins.
  17. Pumpkin Bowling: Grab six rolls of toilet paper and draw spooky ghost faces on each. Divide into two teams. Each team stacks three rolls in a pyramid (two side by side, one on top). Use a pumpkin as a bowling ball to aim for a strike.
