Transform plain chocolate cupcakes into glowing monster eyeballs with colorful frosting, gel veins, and glow-in-the-dark bracelets. Each step is simple, and the result is a spooky dessert that glows in the dark.

- Apply a layer of white frosting to each chocolate cupcake.
- Separate the remaining frosting into six small bowls. Add 2-3 drops of a different food coloring to each bowl (purple, pink, orange, yellow, blue, green) and stir until evenly colored.
- Using a knife or piping bag, pipe a circle of colored frosting in the center of each cupcake, creating the iris of the eyeball.
- Squeeze a small dot of black decorating gel in the middle of each colored circle to form the pupil. Then, use red decorating gel to draw thin lines from the edge of the colored circle outward to the edge of the cupcake, resembling bloodshot veins. Add as many as you like.
- Snap the glow-in-the-dark bracelets to activate them, then arrange them around the outer edge of each cupcake.
- Serve right away and enjoy your spooky glowing treats!
