Glowing Eyeball Halloween Cupcakes

Frost chocolate cupcakes with white icing, then top with a colorful eyeball made from tinted frosting, black gel pupil, and red veins. Finish by placing activated glow stick bracelets around each cupcake for a spooky glow effect.

- Apply a layer of white frosting to each chocolate cupcake.
- Split the remaining frosting into six separate bowls. Add 2–3 drops of a different food coloring (purple, pink, orange, yellow, blue, green) to each bowl and stir until the color is even.
- Using a knife or a piping bag, pipe a colored circle in the center of each frosted cupcake, using one color per cupcake.
- Squeeze a small dot of black decorating gel in the middle of each colored circle to form a pupil. Then use the red decorating gel to draw veins from the outer edge of the colored circle outward to the edge of the cupcake. Add as many veins as you like.
- Snap the glow sticks to activate them, then arrange them around the outer edge of each cupcake.
- Serve right away and enjoy your spooky glowing eyeball treats!
