- In a bowl, mix together the mashed avocado, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
- Use an ice cream scoop to form round guacamole portions, then place them on a serving platter or individual plates.
- Insert blue corn chips on either side of each guacamole ball to resemble bat wings, and add two small chip triangles on top for ears.
- Press sliced black olives onto the guacamole for eyes, then serve immediately.
