This quick microwave mug cake uses leftover Halloween chocolate bars and candy for a festive dessert. Simply melt chocolate with milk, stir in dry ingredients and candy, then microwave for about a minute. Let cool slightly and enjoy a personal-sized cake perfect for a spooky night.

- Combine 1/4 cup of chopped chocolate and 3 tablespoons of fat-free milk in a large microwave-safe mug. Microwave for roughly 30 seconds. Use a small whisk to mix until the chocolate is fully dissolved into the milk. If any chocolate remains solid, give it another 10 seconds in the microwave and stir once more.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. Whisk everything together until the batter is smooth. Fold in 2 to 3 tablespoons of your chosen candy pieces. Microwave the mug for about 1 minute. Let the cake cool for a few minutes before enjoying. For a fancier presentation, you can transfer the cake to a smaller mug before serving.
