Ingredients
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well blended. Mix in the minced onion, drained pico de gallo, ground cumin, and minced jalapeño until evenly distributed.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and Instant Clear Jel or corn starch. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Shape the chilled cheese mixture into a ball with your hands. Roll the ball in the crushed Doritos to coat evenly. Press the bell pepper stem into the top to resemble a pumpkin stem.
- If desired, use a skewer or butter knife to carve vertical lines into the cheese ball to mimic pumpkin ridges.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. The cheese ball can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 to 3 days.
