Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oven to 250°F. In a large bowl, stir together Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, and cinnamon Teddy Grahams. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, kosher salt, and vanilla extract.
- Pour about one-third of the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss to coat. Repeat with the remaining butter mixture, tossing after each addition until everything is evenly coated.
- Divide the coated mixture between two rimmed baking sheets (no parchment or foil needed) and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the mix is toasted and crisp.
- Allow to cool completely, then stir in candy corn (or candy pumpkins), chocolate-covered pretzels, salted sweet potato chips, and Reese's pieces.
- Make ahead: This Chex Mix can be prepared up to 2 weeks in advance. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
