These White Chocolate Pretzel Ghosts are a fun and easy Halloween dessert. Simply dip pretzel twists in melted white candy coating, add a zigzag drizzle and candy eyeballs to create ghostly faces. Let them set before serving for a crunchy, sweet treat.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put the white candy wafers in a bowl that's safe for the microwave. Heat at full power for 30-second bursts, stirring well after each interval, until the candy is completely melted and smooth. Cover your work area with parchment paper and arrange both the large and small pretzel twists on it. Using two forks, dip each pretzel into the melted candy, then lift it out and gently shake off the extra coating. Place the coated pretzel face up on the parchment. If the candy starts to harden, reheat it in short bursts.
- Pour any remaining melted candy into a zip-top bag and snip a small corner off (or use a disposable piping bag). Drizzle extra candy over each pretzel in a zigzag pattern. Then pipe more melted candy into the two top loops of each pretzel and immediately press candy eyeballs into the loops while the coating is still warm. Use the large eyeballs for the large pretzel twists and the small eyeballs for the small ones. Allow the pretzels to cool and fully set before serving.
