Ingredients
Directions
- Hard-boil the eggs in water tinted with a single drop of red food coloring. Once they're cooked, let them cool completely, then remove the shells.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Pop the yolks out into a mixing bowl and set the whites aside.
- Add the avocado, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and one drop of green food coloring to the yolks. Mash everything together until smooth, then transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
- Pipe the green avocado-yolk filling into each egg white half. Garnish each with a black olive, a candy eye, and a drizzle of sriracha around the edges to create a bloody eye effect. Serve immediately.
