These Halloween Ghost Pops are made by painting ghost mold eyes and mouths with black candy, then filling the cavities with white coating and an Oreo. After chilling, you pop out cute ghost-shaped treats perfect for a spooky party.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place a few black candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat them in the microwave following the package instructions, taking care not to burn the coating.
  3. Using a clean, unused small paintbrush, dip the tip into the melted black candy.
  4. Paint the melted candy into the eye and mouth indentations of the ghost mold cavities.
  5. Complete this painting step for every ghost cavity in the mold.
  6. Melt the white chocolate candy coating according to the manufacturer's directions.
  7. Fill one ghost cavity about one-third full with the melted white coating.
  8. Insert a Halloween Oreo into the cavity, ensuring it sits flat and level.
  9. Spoon additional white coating over the Oreo until it is fully covered.
  10. Repeat the filling and Oreo placement for all ghost cavities.
  11. Use the flat back of a knife to scrape off excess coating, creating a smooth back surface. Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  12. Take the mold out of the fridge and gently flex the silicone to release each ghost.
  13. Trim any excess chocolate from around each ghost using a sharp knife.
  14. Smooth the trimmed edges with your fingers to finish.
