Give basic Halloween signs a glammed-up makeover using dollar store supplies. Clip glitter roses, add dimensional paint, and embellish with assorted gems. The result is unique, textured decor perfect for a stylish Halloween.

Directions

Using wire cutters, snip off the stem from the glitter rose and take away the bottom petals.

Attach the trimmed rose to the one already on the sign with hot glue, then layer in the other petals; clip additional petals from another rose as needed.

Position the leftover roses in the frame corners as depicted.

Apply pearl white acrylic paint to bring out the teeth and add a few random swooshes above the head.

Emphasize the eyes using irregular gems in clear, light grey, and dark grey.

Place more gemstones onto the spider webs and on the bug.

For the ghost sign, coat it with dimensional glitter paint to create texture.

Add Creatology Gems to highlight the eyes on the ghost sign.

Use clear Dollar Tree Gems and two gold shades to accent the candle; secure with strong glue since adhesives may not last in dry climates.

Complete by adding small gems to the spider webs.
