This Halloween-themed Chex Mix combines buttery brown sugar-coated cereal, Bugles, and pretzels with festive candy corn and Reese's Pieces. Baked until crispy, it's a perfect sweet-and-salty snack for parties or gifting. Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh.

Ingredients

3/4 cup Butter (melted)

3/4 cup Brown sugar (packed)

2 Tablespoons Vanilla extract

1 box Rice Chex [365g (12 oz])

1 bag Bugles [213g (7 oz bag])

4 cups Pretzel twists

1 heaping cup Candy Corn

1 heaping cup Candy Corn Pumpkins

1 bag Reese's Pieces [230g (8oz])

Directions

Heat your oven to 275°F.

In a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, melt the butter.

Stir in the packed brown sugar and vanilla extract, whisking thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved.

In an extra-large bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, pretzel twists, and Bugles.

Pour the prepared butter mixture over the dry ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Divide the coated mixture between the two sheets, spreading it in an even layer.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes.

Take the baking sheets out of the oven and let the mixture cool completely. Then transfer to a large bowl and add the candy corn, candy corn pumpkins, and Reese's Pieces. Toss until well combined.

Keep the finished snack in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
