- Use a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Begin beating the whipping cream on low speed, then increase the speed every 2 minutes until you reach high, for a total of 4 minutes.
- When the cream has thickened to a whipped topping consistency, turn off the mixer.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and gently fold it in until combined. Then fold in the vanilla extract and the food coloring (purple and blue). Be careful to fold, not stir, to avoid deflating the mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into molds and place in the freezer overnight to set.
