Directions

1. Apply white eyeliner to your lower lash line and inner corners of your eyes to create an exaggerated, doll-like appearance.
2. Set the white liner with a white eyeshadow, then sweep the same shadow across your entire eyelids and up to the brow bone.
3. Use black eyeliner to sketch a fake crease just below your eyebrows.
4. Blend the black line with black eyeshadow, then fill the area below that line with white shadow.
5. With liquid liner, draw outlines: along your upper lash line, under the white on your lower lids, and just under the fake crease.
6. Use the same liquid liner to draw exaggerated eyebrows.
7. Attach false eyelashes to both your upper and lower lash lines. For the bottom, adhere them to the black liner you drew, not your natural lashes.
8. Apply bright pink blush heavily to the apples of your cheeks and finish with a vivid pink lipstick (such as Urban Decay Matte Revolution in 'Menace').
9. Add extra details with liquid liner, like teardrops or dots. Complete the look with accessories such as a flower headband and ruffled collar.
