This Halloween Monster Fudge recipe combines a dark chocolate Oreo layer with a white chocolate sprinkle layer, topped with candy eyes for a fun, creepy look. With just a few ingredients and no baking required, it sets in 3 hours and is perfect for parties or gifting. The fudge is cut into 1½ inch squares and stored in a sealed container to keep fresh.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips, half a can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 tablespoon of unsalted sweet cream butter.
  2. Set the burner to low heat.
  3. Stir the mixture continuously until it becomes smooth and melted.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of marshmallow cream to the pan.
  5. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
  6. Fold in the crumbled Halloween Oreo cookies.
  7. Stir gently just to distribute the cookie chunks.
  8. Prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  9. Transfer the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  10. Now, start on the white chocolate layer.
  11. In another medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate baking chips, the remaining half can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 tablespoon of unsalted sweet cream butter.
  12. Over low heat, stir the mixture until it's melted and creamy.
  13. Stir in 2 tablespoons of marshmallow cream.
  14. Mix until everything is smooth.
  15. Take the saucepan off the heat.
  16. Allow it to cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
  17. Mix in 3 tablespoons of Halloween sprinkles.
  18. Pour the white chocolate layer over the dark chocolate layer in the pan.
  19. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of Halloween sprinkles on top.
  20. Press Wilton candy eyes into the fudge, placing two next to each other to create eyes.
  21. Let the fudge set for 3 hours at room temperature.
  22. Cut the fudge into 1½ inch squares.
  23. Keep the fudge in a sealed container.
  24. Enjoy your Halloween monster fudge!
