Halloween Monster Marshmallows

Directions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the candy melts in 30-second bursts, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
2. Mix in the tablespoon of oil until well combined.
3. Arrange the jumbo marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with silicone, foil, or parchment paper.
4. Spoon about a tablespoon of the melted chocolate over each marshmallow, then use the back of the spoon to spread it in a circular motion so it drips down the sides. Add extra chocolate if needed to cover completely.
5. Press candy eyeballs onto the marshmallows in your desired positions. For eyes that look sunken, add them while the chocolate is still wet. To keep eyes in place without sinking, wait until the chocolate has almost set before adding them. If needed, you can apply a small dab of melted chocolate to the back of the eyes to help them adhere.
6. Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature.
7. Keep the finished marshmallows in an airtight container at room temperature.
