This Halloween treat layers crushed Oreos and melted white chocolate, frozen until firm, then topped with piped white chocolate and candy eyeballs to mimic mummy bandages. It's a simple no-bake recipe that yields fun, spooky bark pieces perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper. Place 6 whole Oreo cookies in a plastic bag, seal it shut, and crush them using a rolling pin or the side of a chef's knife until you have coarse pieces.
  2. Melt 4.4 ounces of white chocolate (use a bar or candy melts) in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments. Stir well after each burst until the chocolate is completely smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Spread the crushed Oreos evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish to form the base layer. Pour the melted white chocolate over the Oreos and smooth it out with the back of a spatula. Place the dish in the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. After freezing, transfer a small amount of the remaining melted white chocolate into a piping bag. Snip a tiny corner of the bag and pipe squiggly lines randomly over the frozen bark to create a mummy-like wrapping effect.
  5. While the piped chocolate is still soft, press the candy eyeballs onto the bark in pairs, spacing them so each pair resembles a mummy’s eyes. Repeat until you’ve used all 10 pairs.
  6. Slice the bark into irregular pieces—no need for perfect shapes. Break or cut it into small bricks, then serve immediately or store in a cool place.
