This Halloween dessert centerpiece combines fudgy brownies with festive colored frosting layers and a glowing tea light on top. Made with pumpkin purée for extra moisture, the brownies are cut into small disks and stacked in push-up containers with purple, green, and orange frosting and sprinkles. It's a fun, no-bake assembly after baking the brownies, perfect for a party table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your oven to 350°F and coat a 16x12x1-inch baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the two boxes of brownie mix with the two cans of pumpkin purée, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the brownies spring back when touched lightly.
  5. Let the brownies cool completely, then use a 1½-inch round cookie cutter to cut out disks (you’ll need three per push-up).
  6. Layer in a push-up: one brownie disk, a layer of purple frosting (with optional sprinkles), another brownie disk, green frosting with sprinkles, a third brownie disk, and orange frosting with sprinkles.
  7. Place a battery-operated tea light on top of the final frosting layer.
  8. For the frosting recipe and assembly details, follow the instructions provided in the linked resource.
