This Halloween recipe transforms a dozen donuts into creepy vampire faces using candy fangs and eyes. Simply line up the donuts, add optional icing, insert the fangs, and attach the eyes with a dab of frosting. Finish with sprinkles for a festive touch.

Ingredients

1 dozen donuts of your choice (homemade cake or yeast options below)

12-pack of vampire teeth

24 candy eyes

parchment paper

optional: festive sprinkles, chocolate icing

Directions

Cover a baking sheet or storage tray with parchment paper.

Arrange the donuts in a single layer on the parchment paper.

If your donuts are plain, you can drizzle them with chocolate glaze or icing (optional).

Gently squeeze each set of vampire fangs and insert them into the donut hole, then release so they stay in place.

Place two candy eyes on each donut. To help them stick, apply a tiny dab of gel frosting to the back of each eye.
