This layered dip combines refried beans, seasoned cream cheese, guacamole, and toppings. A piped spider web and olive spider make it festive. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream together. Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture and set aside (or place in a piping bag for later). Stir taco seasoning into the remaining mixture until well combined.
  2. Spread a layer of refried beans evenly in a pie dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  3. Carefully spread the cream cheese and taco seasoning mixture over the beans, smoothing the surface.
  4. Gently spread guacamole over the cream cheese layer. Use a toothpick or knife to lightly score a spider web pattern into the guacamole.
  5. Pipe the reserved cream cheese mixture along the scored lines to create the spider web design.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese around the outer edge of the dish. Top with diced tomatoes, diced onion, sliced black olives, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  7. To make a spider, place a whole olive in the center and arrange olive slices around it as legs. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
