These Marshmallow Brownie Ghosts combine fudgy brownies with creamy white chocolate–covered marshmallows, decorated with black icing faces. They're easy to make and perfect for Halloween parties or a fun baking project.
Ingredients
Directions
- Bake your chocolate chip brownies using your preferred recipe or a boxed mix. Let them cool completely, then cut into 12 equal squares.
- Melt 8 ounces of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth. You can also use a double boiler.
- Insert a toothpick or lollipop stick into each large marshmallow. Dip a marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely. Let excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined tray. Repeat with all marshmallows and let the coating set.
- Once the white chocolate is firm, use black cookie icing to draw ghost faces on each marshmallow—add spooky eyes and mouths. Let the icing dry fully.
- Set each decorated marshmallow on top of a brownie square. If needed, use a dab of leftover white chocolate as glue to secure them.
- Refrigerate the assembled ghosts for about 15 minutes to firm up the chocolate. Serve and enjoy!
