These Marshmallow Brownie Ghosts combine fudgy brownies with creamy white chocolate–covered marshmallows, decorated with black icing faces. They're easy to make and perfect for Halloween parties or a fun baking project.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bake your chocolate chip brownies using your preferred recipe or a boxed mix. Let them cool completely, then cut into 12 equal squares.
  2. Melt 8 ounces of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth. You can also use a double boiler.
  3. Insert a toothpick or lollipop stick into each large marshmallow. Dip a marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely. Let excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined tray. Repeat with all marshmallows and let the coating set.
  4. Once the white chocolate is firm, use black cookie icing to draw ghost faces on each marshmallow—add spooky eyes and mouths. Let the icing dry fully.
  5. Set each decorated marshmallow on top of a brownie square. If needed, use a dab of leftover white chocolate as glue to secure them.
  6. Refrigerate the assembled ghosts for about 15 minutes to firm up the chocolate. Serve and enjoy!
