These mini cheesecakes are easy to make and feature a creepy black-and-green marbled topping over an Oreo crust. With just a few ingredients and simple steps, you’ll have a festive dessert that’s perfect for Halloween parties.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition only until incorporated.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly into two separate bowls.
- Add black food coloring to one bowl and neon green food coloring to the other, stirring each until the color is uniform.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners, then place one Oreo cookie flat at the bottom of each liner.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with black batter on one side and green batter on the other side.
- Use a toothpick to gently swirl the two colors together, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the centers are almost set and barely jiggle.
- Let the cheesecakes cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
