Wrap hot dogs in strips of crescent dough to look like mummies, leaving space for a face. After baking, use a toothpick and mustard to draw silly or scary faces. A perfect kid-friendly Halloween meal or snack.

- Unroll the crescent dough and split it into 4 rectangles. Press together the diagonal seams to make solid rectangles.
- With a pizza cutter, cut the dough into long, narrow strips. Older children can help with this step under adult supervision.
- Have the kids wrap the dough strips around the hot dogs to create a mummy look, making sure to leave a gap at one end for the face.
- Bake the wrapped hot dogs following the time and temperature instructions on the crescent roll package.
- Once the mummy dogs are cooked and on a plate, children can use a toothpick dipped in mustard to paint faces on the exposed ends.
