These Mummy Hot Dogs are a fun and easy Halloween treat. Wrap hot dogs and cheese in crescent dough strips, bake until golden, and add mustard eyes for a cute, creepy look.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 4 rectangles, pressing the seams together. Slice each rectangle lengthwise into thin strips.
- Cut each slice of American cheese into 4 strips.
- Place a hot dog on top of a cheese strip, then wrap with crescent dough strips to resemble bandages (use about 4 strips per hot dog). Repeat with the remaining hot dogs and cheese.
- Arrange the wrapped hot dogs on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with melted butter.
- Bake until the crescent dough is golden and cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Use a toothpick to dot mustard onto each hot dog to create eyes.
