These Mummy Pretzels are a fun, no-bake Halloween treat. Dip pretzel rods in melted white candy coating, then drizzle with more coating and add candy eyes. Let them set for a spooky snack that's easy to make.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the white candy coating; if it's too thick, add shortening one teaspoon at a time until it reaches a smooth consistency for dipping.
  2. Transfer the warm, melted coating into a tall, narrow glass or container.
  3. Dip each pretzel rod individually into the coating, then place on a greased drying rack (coated with shortening) or a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
  4. Allow the dipped pretzels to set. Prepare additional coating or gently reheat the existing batch for 15-20 seconds at 50% power in the microwave. Fill a pastry bag with the melt, then snip off the tip.
  5. Drizzle the coating over the dipped pretzels. Instantly press two candy eyeballs into the wet drizzle. Return the pretzels to the greased rack to fully harden.
