Puking Pumpkin

Make a fun Halloween appetizer by serving guacamole inside a carved pumpkin. The guacamole is made with avocados, lime, salsa, and spices, then spooned out of the pumpkin's mouth. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl using a spoon.
- Add lime juice, salsa, chopped red onion, minced garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until the guacamole reaches your preferred consistency.
- Place the carved pumpkin on a rectangular plate. Spoon the guacamole so it appears to be coming out of the pumpkin's mouth. Arrange tortilla chips on both sides of the pumpkin.
