Ingredients
Directions
- Crush the entire package of Oreos in a bowl using a blender or a potato masher, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Pour in the melted butter (use between 1/4 and 1/2 cup) and mix until well combined.
- Press half of the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a freezer-safe 9x13-inch dish.
- Carefully scoop the 2 quarts of vanilla ice cream over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle warm hot fudge (or caramel) over the ice cream—warm it just enough to pour easily, but not so hot that it melts the ice cream.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo mixture over the hot fudge layer.
- Place the dish in the freezer for at least 3 to 4 hours, or overnight until firm.
- Just before serving, decorate the top with candy pumpkins and a pumpkin sign. If you like, drizzle extra hot fudge or caramel sauce over everything.
