Create creepy skeleton cupcakes by topping a frosted Oreo-covered cupcake with a marshmallow skeleton face on a lollipop stick, layered with mini marshmallows and chocolate-dipped pretzels. The edible skeleton decoration is easy to assemble and perfect for Halloween parties.

Directions

Melt the almond bark or candy coating in 30-second intervals, stirring between each to prevent burning. Dip the chocolate-covered pretzels into the melted coating, using a fork to let excess drip off, then place on parchment paper to set. For a thicker coating, dip them again after they have hardened.

Spread one spoonful of frosting evenly over the cupcake top and sprinkle with a tablespoon of crushed Oreos. Draw a skeleton face on the standard-size marshmallow with the black food writer pen and let it dry. Insert a lollipop stick into the cupcake. Slide one mini marshmallow onto the stick, then add a coated pretzel. Repeat with another mini marshmallow and pretzel, then add a final mini marshmallow and top with the face marshmallow.
