These spooky roasted potato skulls are a fun and delicious Halloween treat. Baby potatoes are carved into skull shapes, seasoned with smoked paprika and garlic, then roasted until golden. Serve them as a side or with ketchup for dipping.

- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a small paring knife, carefully carve each baby potato into a skull shape.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using).
- Add the carved potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
- Arrange the potatoes face-up on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25–35 minutes, until golden and fork-tender.
