Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F with a rack in the center. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups Corn Chex, 1 1/2 cups pretzel twists, 1 1/2 cups Cheez-It crackers, and 1 cup pecan halves.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 6 tablespoons unsalted butter. Add 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar, 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, 2 teaspoons dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried sage, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt. Stir until combined, then pour over the dry mixture and toss to coat evenly. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake the mix, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and lightly toasted, about 1 hour. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
- The snack mix can be made up to 2 weeks ahead. Store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag at room temperature.
