Witch Cupcakes
Transform ordinary cupcakes into spooky witch brews with these easy-to-make treats.

These witch cupcakes feature a gray and green frosting base decorated with sprinkles and a homemade witch hat. The hat is made from a Hershey's kiss and an Oreo cookie, attached together with purple frosting.

Directions
- Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and bake the cupcakes. Allow them to cool completely before decorating.
- To form the witch hat, use the purple frosting to attach a Hershey's kiss to the center of the clean side of an Oreo cookie (filling removed). Then pipe small dots of purple frosting around the base of the kiss.
- If desired, attach a themed sprinkle to the top of the kiss as a hat decoration. Set the completed hats aside.
- Using the gray frosting, pipe a smooth flat swirl onto the top of each cooled cupcake to create the base layer.
- With the neon green frosting, pipe over the gray layer to create a bubbly witch's brew effect.
- Sprinkle the neon green sprinkles (including pearls) and white pearl sprinkles over the green frosting.
- Place a witch hat on one side of each cupcake, pressing gently to secure.
